Toddler Formula Information
Ingredients: Cow milk, Mixed vegetable oils (1,3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride
(OPO), sunflower oil, soybean oil, coconut oil), Lactose, Galactooligosaccharides
(GOS), Whey protein concentrate, 2'-fucosyllactose (2'-FL), Schizochytrium sp. oil†,
Mortierella alpina oil‡, Lutein, Choline bitartrate, Inositol, Taurine, L-carnitine tartrate,
Nucleotides (cytidine 5'-monophosphate, disodium uridine 5'-monophosphate,
adenosine 5'–monophosphate, disodium guanosine-5'-monophosphate, disodium
inosine-5'-monophosphate), Vitamins (retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol,
DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, phylloquinone, thiamine nitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine
hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, niacinamide, folic acid, calcium D-pantothenate,
sodium L-ascorbate, D-biotin), Minerals (potassium chloride, dipotassium phosphate,
copper sulfate, magnesium sulfate, iron pyrophosphate, zinc sulfate, manganese
sulfate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, sodium selenite, calcium carbonate, potassium
hydroxide).

Directions For Preparation
Note: 1 level scoop ≈ 4.3g of powder
1) Wash your hands, bottle, and other feeding utensils thoroughly.
2) To prepare a 200ml serving, add 8 scoops of powder (34.4g) to 175 ml of water.
3) Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
4) Feed immediately. If not feeding immediately, prepared formula should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Discard any amount of formula left in the bottle more than an hour after the start of the feed.
Storage
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place. After opening the can, keep tightly covered and use the contents within 1 month. Do not refrigerate. Avoid excessive heat.
Your child’s health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, preparation, mixing and storage are important when using this nutritional beverage. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Use as directed by your health care professional.
