Terms of Sales
These terms of sale for the NIURISSTMStore constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you, the customer, and Canada Royal Milk ULC at 1680 Venture Dr, Kingston, ON K7P 0E9, Canada("Company," "we," "us," "our"). The following terms of sale, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these "Terms of Sale"), govern your access to and use of, including any content, functionality, and products offered on or through the NIURISSTM Store or the Nest™ Membership Program at www.niuriss.com. Any provision of these terms and conditions may be amended from time to time including, without limitation the Nest™ Membership program, promotion terms, payment terms, shipping, and delivery, returns and cancellations.
a) SUMMARY
The NIURISSTM Store is designed exclusively for individual customers seeking the direct delivery of NIURISSTM products to their homes within Canada. The NIURISSTM Store retains the right to review ordering patterns, impose quantity limits, and remove customers from the ordering system.
By submitting an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.b) PRICE
All prices, orders, quotations, confirmations, and invoices are subject to exclusions or cancellation for clerical, typographic and similar errors, and omissions.
Taxes will be added as per applicable rates based on the province to which the product is being shipped. Expedited delivery services will be offered for additional surcharges based on the customer’s choice.
c) THE NESTTMMEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
For members of the Nest™ Membership Program, it is guaranteed that the price of NIURISS™ 0-12 Months Infant Formula will be locked at the published price in the NIURISSTM Store at the time the account is created, and this price will remain unchanged until the baby associated to the account turns 1 year old.
The guaranteed locked price can be used in conjunction with other eligible discounts, providing members with opportunities for combined savings.
The NIURISS™ Store reserves the right to cancel any membership for suspected misuse. Each baby is eligible for only one membership account. However, multiple memberships are allowed within the same household, provided they are for different babies.”
MISUSE INCLUDES:
- Using incorrect information when signing up
- Multiple members from the same household obtaining memberships for the same baby.
- Sharing memberships beyond personal use.
- Reselling products from the NIURISSTM Store.
- Reproducing coupons.
Members of the Nest™ Membership Program will receive a complementary product with their 1st order. Additionally, they are also eligible for a 5% discount on every order placed. Should a larger discount be available, it will supersede this discount.
The Nuiriss™ Store may periodically offer promotions to members of the Nest™ Membership Program in the form of shipment credits to fully offset the expenses of shipment costs. These shipment credits are applicable exclusively to regular deliveries comprising orders of 2 cans or more, and do not encompass expedited shipment costs. Details of the promotion, including the start and end dates for availability of shipment credits, will be published on www.niuriss.com.
Members of the Nest™ Membership Program will receive a 10% discount and free delivery on orders of 2 to 5 cans, and a 15% discount and free delivery on orders of 6 cans. They may choose one of the following order placement periods: 30 days, 45 days, or 60 days. However, please note that the free delivery benefit is subject to change with a 30-day notice, which will be sent to the customer's registered email address used for The Nest Membership Program registration.
Before Delivery, subscribe and save customers will receive a notification email 7 days before the invoice date. Members can cancel their subscription for automatic monthly orders without incurring any penalties up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled automatic order date. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled order date would render the customer ineligible for reimbursement of that order.
d) PROMOTION TERMS
Promotions are valid only as explicitly communicated in the promotional offer details. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.To ensure fair usage, multiple accounts within the same household for the same baby are not allowed to benefit from these offers; they can only be applied to one order per baby per household.
Customers enrolled in the NestTMMembership Program are entitled to discounted member pricing on the NIURISSTM Store for qualifying products. This discount is not applicable to prior purchases made on the NIURISSTM Store. The discount will be effective from the date of enrollment onwards or from when it became available.
e) PAYMENT TERMS
The NIURISSTM Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club credit cards for online orders. We also accept Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay. Charges, including any applicable taxes and shipping, will be applied to the credit card at the time the order is placed.
If we suspect any fraudulent payment or order activity, we reserve the right to take all corrective actions.
f) SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders from the NIURISSTM Store are delivered using Radiant Logistics. The selection of the courier will be based on the delivery address to ensure optimal transport and delivery times. Packages can only be delivered to Canadian addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or business addresses. Delivery time will vary depending on recipient’s address. But your package will arrive within and not later than 21 business days.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by our 3rd party courier. If an order has been stolen, submit a report with proof of delivery through our customer service email immediately at support@niuriss.com,including the order number, order details, and full delivery address.
g) RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to safety concerns, The NIURISSTMStore won’t accept any returns for our products, even if they are unopened or unused. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Service Team through email (support@niuriss.com). Refund cases must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Our Customer Service team will assess and determine the amount eligible for the refund. The costs of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds might take up to 4 weeks to process.
For NIURISSTM products bought through e-commerce channels (Amazon store) other than The NIURISSTM Store, customers should contact the customer service of the respective e-commerce channel (Amazon) for further support.
For NIURISSTM products purchased at any retail location, the return policies of the respective retail outlet will apply. Customers should contact the specific retail entities for inquiries regarding returns.
h) DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Contact the NIUIRSSTM Customer Service Team through email at (support@niuriss.com) within 7 days of delivery to report damaged shipments.
i) ORDER PROCESSING
Orders from the NIURISSTM Store are processed immediately and cannot be changed once submitted and confirmed. Shipments occur Monday - Friday, excluding company holidays:
