The NIURISS™ Store is designed exclusively for individual customers seeking the direct delivery of NIURISS™ products to their homes within Canada. The NIURISS™ Store retains the right to review ordering patterns, impose quantity limits, and remove customers from the ordering system.

By submitting an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All prices, orders, quotations, confirmations, and invoices are subject to exclusions or cancellation for clerical, typographic and similar errors, and omissions.

Taxes will be added as per applicable rates based on the province to which the product is being shipped. Expedited delivery services will be offered for additional surcharges based on the customer’s choice.

For members of the Nest™ Membership Program, it is guaranteed that the price of NIURISS™ 0-12 Months Infant Formula will be locked at the published price in the NIURISS™ Store at the time the account is created, and this price will remain unchanged until the baby associated to the account turns 1 year old.

The guaranteed locked price can be used in conjunction with other eligible discounts, providing members with opportunities for combined savings.

The NIURISS™ Store reserves the right to cancel any membership for suspected misuse. Each baby is eligible for only one membership account. However, multiple memberships are allowed within the same household, provided they are for different babies.”

MISUSE INCLUDES:

• Using incorrect information when signing up
• Multiple members from the same household obtain memberships for the same baby.
• Registering different emails with the same address or name. 
• Sharing memberships beyond personal use.
• Reselling products from the NIURISS™ Store.
• Reproducing coupons.

Members of the Nest™ Membership Program will receive a complementary product with their 1st order. Additionally, they are also eligible for a 5% discount on every order placed. Should a larger discount be available, it will supersede this discount.

The Nuiriss™ Store may periodically offer promotions to members of the Nest™ Membership Program in the form of shipment credits to fully offset the expenses of shipment costs. These shipment credits are applicable exclusively to regular deliveries comprising orders of 3 cans or more, and do not encompass expedited shipment costs. Details of the promotion, including the start and end dates for availability of shipment credits, will be published on www.niuriss.com.

Members of the Nest™ Membership Program will receive a 10% discount and free delivery on orders of 3 to 5 cans, and a 15% discount and free delivery on orders of 6 cans. They may choose one of the following order placement periods: 30 days, 45 days, or 60 days. However, please note that the free delivery benefit is subject to change with a 30-day notice, which will be sent to the customer's registered email address used for The Nest Membership Program registration.

Before Delivery, subscribe and save customers will receive a notification email 7 days before the invoice date. Members can cancel their subscription for automatic monthly orders without incurring any penalties up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled automatic order date. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled order date would render the customer ineligible for reimbursement of that order.

Promotions are valid only as explicitly communicated in the promotional offer details. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.To ensure fair usage, multiple accounts within the same household for the same baby are not allowed to benefit from these offers; they can only be applied to one order per baby per household.

Customers enrolled in the Nest™ Membership Program are entitled to discounted member pricing on the NIURISS™ Store for qualifying products. This discount is not applicable to prior purchases made on the NIURISS™ Store. The discount will be effective from the date of enrollment onwards or from when it became available.

The NIURISS™ Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club credit cards for online orders. We also accept Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay. Charges, including any applicable taxes and shipping, will be applied to the credit card at the time the order is placed.

If we suspect any fraudulent payment or order activity, we reserve the right to take all corrective actions.

Standard Delivery
Orders from the NIURISS™ Store are shipped via Purolator service to Canadian residential addresses (no P.O. boxes or business addresses). Delivery times vary by location, but your order will arrive within 21 business days.

Express Delivery
For faster shipping, customers may select Express Delivery at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Ontario & Québec: 2-4 business days
• Western & Eastern Canada: 3-6 business days
• Remote & Northern regions: Up to 7+ business days

Limitation of Delivery Liability
While we strive to meet these estimated delivery windows, shipping times may vary due to external factors. Packages are delivered without a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by our third-party courier. If your order is stolen, customers are required to file a claim through Purolator (https://www.purolator.com/en/resources-support/file-claim), and please also provide us with the relevant details with proof of delivery to support@niuriss.com, including your order number, order details, and full delivery address.

Due to safety concerns, The NIURISS™ Store won’t accept any returns for our products, even if they are unopened or unused. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Service Team through email (support@niuriss.com). Refund cases must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Our Customer Service team will assess and determine the amount eligible for the refund. The costs of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds might take up to 4 weeks to process.

For NIURISS™ products bought through e-commerce channels (Amazon store) other than The NIURISS™ Store, customers should contact the customer service of the respective e-commerce channel (Amazon) for further support. 

For NIURISS™ products purchased at any retail location, the return policies of the respective retail outlet will apply. Customers should contact the specific retail entities for inquiries regarding returns.

Contact the NIUIRSS™ Customer Service Team through email at (support@niuriss.com) within 7 days of delivery to report damaged shipments.

Orders from the NIURISS™ Store are processed immediately and cannot be changed once submitted and confirmed. Shipments occur Monday - Friday, excluding company holidays:

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Free Trial Can Offer is available to individuals who register as members of the Nest loyalty program on niuriss.com and place an order through the Niuriss website. The offer is available only to residents of Canada who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Participants must meet all applicable eligibility requirements at the time of redemption. Niuriss reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or cancel participation if eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Offer Description

Eligible Nest members may receive one complimentary full-sized can of Niuriss formula with a purchase made on niuriss.com.

To redeem the offer, customers must first create a Niuriss Nest account and add eligible any Niuriss products to their cart. Depending on the cart value reached (see Section 3 below), a selection window will appear allowing the customer to choose an eligible free can. The selected free can will then be automatically added to the order.

The free can must be selected and redeemed during the same transaction as the qualifying purchase and cannot be claimed after the order has been completed.

3. Trial Options Based on Cart Value (excluding taxes, shipping and discounts)

1. Cart value under $50 

Customers with a cart value under $50 may select one complimentary can from the Niuriss Infant or Toddler formulas.

2. Cart value $50 or more 

Customers with a cart value of $50 or more may select one complimentary can from the full Niuriss formula range, including Niuriss Infant, Toddler, Smart, and Smart Follow-up formulas.

4. Redemption Conditions

The offer is valid for one purchase only and is limited to one redemption per household.

The free product must be selected during checkout through the designated promotional selection window. If the free product is not selected before checkout is completed, the offer will be considered forfeited for that order.

The free can has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for cash or other products.

5. Availability

The offer is valid while supplies last. Product availability may vary and Niuriss cannot guarantee that all formula varieties will be available at all times.

Niuriss reserves the right to substitute the selected product with another product of equal or greater value if the selected product is unavailable.

6. Limitations and Restrictions

This offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.

Niuriss reserves the right to cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse redemption in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the promotion, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Modifications or Termination

Niuriss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, including changes to eligible products, purchase thresholds, or redemption conditions.

Any such changes will apply to orders placed after the modification has been made.

8. Shipping, Taxes, and Fees

Shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable fees may apply to orders placed on niuriss.com and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. Returns and Refunds for Complimentary Product

The complimentary can received through the Free Trial Can Offer is provided at no cost and therefore is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

If the complimentary product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Niuriss customer support within 7 days of delivery. Niuriss may, at its discretion, provide a replacement product or another appropriate resolution. Returns and refunds for any paid products purchased in the same order remain subject to the standard Niuriss return and refund policy.
